In this market, buyers need to take the initiative to stand out from the crowd.
Jessica Clark, the buyer specialist at Suzanne and Company, recently worked with buyers in Reading who wanted to purchase a home that received multiple offers. While selling a home is primarily a financial decision, it is also one of the most emotional financial decisions most people ever make. Recognizing that, Jessica had the buyers tell her what they wanted to share about themselves and their vision of life in the home and why they wanted to settle their family there, which she included in a letter to the sellers as part of the offer packet. The personal and emotional touch made a difference and her buyers got the home, even though their offer was not the highest!
