Are you looking to be part of a winning team? Suzanne and Company is looking for an energetic, hard working Listing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position is a dual role in our company. The listing coordination responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communicating and coordinating with sellers; scheduling and facilitating staging, photo/video shoots and floor plans; inputting all of the listing information into MLS and working alongside the Marketing Coordinator to ensure listing is ready for launch. Assist with listing tasks throughout transactions as needed. The EA duties include: answering phones, administrative work, and email correspondence - supporting Suzanne and the leadership team.
This is a part-time hourly position and the number of hours could vary throughout the year. Flexibility is required! The LC|EA will work out of our office in Bedford, MA.
